Have Experience with tools VBA (Visual Basic Applications) and Statistical tools

Have min 1 years experience in People analytics, digitalization or process improvement

Bachelor Degree of Psychology / Information Technology/ Statistics

Monitoring of business processes and all activities in Human Capital.

Initiate and Implement digitalization and automation projects in Human Capital so that the processes running become effective and efficient.

Passionate about data and able to process data into information, insight and analysis

Excellent adaptability and communication skills

Active in campus organizational activity & have leadership experience

Assisting the business process mapping process for competing resource project

Willing to work in hybrid mode (3 days WFO & 2 days WFH)
