Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for people development programs as well as talent management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver soft skill training
• Initiate and drive training need analysis as well as manpower planning
• Develop job competencies align with company's objective
• Develop and manage talent management according to organisation and business growth

To succeed in this People Development Manager job, you will need to proven track record in people development and talent management in multinational manufacturing and/or industrial sectors.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of eight years in a people development function and in managerial role within multinational companies
• Ability to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner
• Fluent in both writing and spoken Bahasa and English
• Readiness to be travel within mining sites across Indonesia
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field of study
