• Coordinating and managing facility maintenance and repairs, including building security, cleaning, and landscaping.
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated Responsible to managing employee working contract, and employee probation period
• Maintaining records of all logistics-related documents to be submitted to the Finance Department.
• Handle the end-to-end learning activities Development Program from training design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
• Assess the capability gaps, and conduct analysis of employees learning needs.
• Managing the procurement process for office supplies, equipment, and services.
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees, FGD & others
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
• Engage with stakeholders to fulfill our training needs, review syllabus/review program
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience
