Job Description
|


  • Coordinate with the stakeholders in the field to ensure the recruitment is fulfilled on time.
  • General administration duties.
  • Handle mass recruitment process for Shopee Express Mitra Riders and Drivers with scope of work such as, but not limited to sourcing, screening, and interviewing the candidates.


Requirements


  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree from Psychology or related field.
  • Have previous working experience in recruitment for maximal 1 year would be an advantage.
  • Willing to be employed under Contract employment.
  • Self driven and highly motivated.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Willing to work with full 5 working days WFO.
