Job Description
|


  • Campaign plan creation including setting up objectives, forecast, mechanism and timeline
  • Campaign result analysis based on performance in upper funnel (exposure result, CTR, sentiment) and lower funnel (conversion to transaction, monthly transacting users, impact to GMV and margin)
  • Work with designer to produce assets (In-app Channels: PN, Banner) to educate Market on new feature and promotion activities.
  • Manage Social Media planning and execution (objective: followers growth, engagement rate)


Requirements


  • Project management and ensure smooth operations and execution of each campaign launch
  • Able to think strategically and has individual problem solving to drive projects forward
  • Proficient in English both written and oral communication
  • Creative and proactive in keeping up with social trends and knowledge in social media
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in campaign strategic role and social media planning
  • Bachelor degree from any major are welcome to apply
