Job Description
|


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including category management, asset owner & program owner to ensure alignment with the organization's strategy
  • Project management for ad hoc projects for business growth
  • Supervise the planning and implementation of program to help brand grow in Shopee
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to identify opportunities and support needed to achieve brand's annual target
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest category trends and competitiveness between e-commerce platform to ensure Mall brand remains relevant and competitive
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the team's and the organization's performance. To help in identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.


Requirements


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Good team player and capable leader, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Highly preferable to highly skilled in Excel
  • Excellent communication in Indonesian and English
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce industry and business and strong business acumen
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Min. 4-5 years working experience in management consulting, brand management or e-commerce industry is preferred
  • Strong analytical & logical reasoning skills, a strong sense of ownership
