Duties And Responsibilities


  • Develop competitive brand/product positioning (4Ps) of assigned project/brand
  • Leading end to end brand portfolio including new product development.
  • Evaluating new product launch within the brand, and management product portfolio.
  • Managing and responsible for all activities related with the brand such as campaigns, advertising, media planning, market activation, consumer & trade promo, pricing, financial mix and P&L management.
  • Responsible for on time project delivery as well as driving the collaboration and coordination with related stakeholders
  • Manage analytics, providing stakeholders with in-depth analysis of site and channel performance considering analysis of traffic/demand, conversion funnel and ROI from marketing tactics
  • Performing and conducting consumer insight, market research, forecasting to provide innovation in brand development.
  • Design the brand narrative & strategy, identify marketing channels, and assist in the GTM plans based on market analysis, competitors’ analysis and internal portfolio analysis.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Experienced in developing brand strategy to push and champion a new brand to the right market
  • Eagerness to learn, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work as a team
  • Experienced in consumer-based Market Research.
  • Experienced in offline trade marketing strategies and executions.
  • Demonstrate strategic and logical thinking with structured communication and data-driven approach.
  • Bachelor degree; with at least 1-3 years’ experience in consumer marketing in a brand manager role within the FMCG / F&B industry is preferred
  • Responsible for the execution of the brand strategy developed.
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
