Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Marketing and Development Specialist to spearhead the growth and elevation of the Stasher brand within our portfolio. As the Brand Marketing and Development Specialist, you will be the driving force behind establishing the identity and enhancing the market presence of the Stasher brand in Indonesia. Your prior experience within the retail industry, particularly with brands relevant to our ethos, will be essential in delivering success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competition. Utilize insights to refine brand strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Brand Guidelines: Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent representation of the Stasher brand across all touchpoints, including visual and tonal aspects.
- Product Development: Collaborate closely with our product development team to introduce new Stasher products that resonate with the target audience and reinforce the brand's identity.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, and product launches. Use data-driven insights to iterate and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for Stasher that align with SERIAL's overall vision and values. Define the brand's unique selling points, positioning, and target audience.
- Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize and lead innovative marketing campaigns that captivate our audience and drive engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, promotions, and events.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations that elevate the Stasher brand. Identify opportunities for co-branding and mutually beneficial relationships.
Qualifications:
- A passion for lifestyle goods and a keen understanding of consumer trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in brand marketing and development, preferably within a retail company with lifestyle or high-end consumer goods brands.
- Social medita savvy
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Written and verbal proficiency in English
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
