Bachelor’s degree and above with 4+ years of experience in project management

Strong analytical, forecasting, and change management skills

Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms that benefit all parties involved

Generate regular reports to track the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for improvement

Monitor and measure the performance of partnerships against predefined metrics and goals

Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective partners

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Manage overall Brand Day campaign, from preparation until post mortem report. Including:

Minimum 1 year experience in handling business development/ campaign/ RM/ in a tech company is preferred

Strong analytical & logical reasoning skills, a strong sense of ownership

Highly preferable to highly skilled in Excel

Assist adhoc project, ie. campaign performance deep dive

Min. 4-5 years working experience in management consulting, brand management or e-commerce industry is preferred

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including category management, asset owner & program owner to ensure alignment with the organization's strategy

Project management for ad hoc projects for business growth

Strong analytical & logical reasoning skills, a strong sense of ownership

Highly preferable to highly skilled in Excel

Excellent project management skills (budgeting and managing project timelines)

Plan and map potential area for new stores opening, aligned with Top Management and Mitra's request

Analyze and report Location data to Top Management

Have good relationship with Mall management

Solid technical background and managerial skills

Minimum 2 years experience in Mall relations
