Job Description


  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective partners
  • Monitor customer accounts to identify and follow up on overdue payments or payment discrepancies or disputes
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms that benefit all parties involved
  • Generate regular reports to track the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare regular reports on collection activities, such as outstanding balances, aging of invoices, and collection metrics
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments that align with the Shopee strategic goals and objectives
  • Monitor and measure the performance of partnerships against predefined metrics and goals


Requirements


  • Proficient in English to facilitate discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree and above with 4+ years of experience in project management
  • Proven ability to operate Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and change management skills
  • Able to collaborate with stakeholders to execute strategic plans
