General Manager Mall Jobs

Bachelor’s degree and above with 4+ years of experience in project management

Strong analytical, forecasting, and change management skills

Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms that benefit all parties involved

Generate regular reports to track the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for improvement

Monitor and measure the performance of partnerships against predefined metrics and goals

Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective partners

•At least 10 years of working experience in mall management;

Responsible for all the aspects of mall management:

•Strong negotiations and sales skills:

•Develop a structured business plan for all key components of mall operations;

•Close coordination with Corporate unit for Human Capital/FAT/IT/Procurement/Legal/Marketing;

•Close coordination with Leasing to identify prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan;

Extensive knowledge of mall operational management

Strong business acumen and good technical knowledge of mall & property management

Minimum have 5 years experiences at the same field (hotel, mall, building).

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major.

Enable to work in team.

Able to build good relationships with government

Strong in mall management, marketing advertising and promotion

Minimum 2-3 years experience as GM Mall or 3-5 years experience as CM Mall

Have a strong background on casual leasing, marcomm, and tenant relation

Good understanding of mall operations

Managing strategic operational activity in mall and nurturing relationship strategy to all tenant

Handling mall operation and commercial especially Casual Leasing, Marcomm, and Tenant Relation
