Job Description

Requirements

  • Good understanding of mall operations
  • Placement in Bandung
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as GM Mall or 3-5 years experience as CM Mall
  • Have a strong background on casual leasing, marcomm, and tenant relation
  • Strong in mall management, marketing advertising and promotion





  • Managing strategic operational activity in mall and nurturing relationship strategy to all tenant
  • Maintain safe, efficient and attractive operations along ensure emergency preparedness in accordance with company regulations
  • Create, develop and implement of the strategic business plan and budget to drive profitable sales and maintain the quality of the performance
  • Handling mall operation and commercial especially Casual Leasing, Marcomm, and Tenant Relation
