Fit Out Asst Manager

A Fit-Out Asst Manager in the Shopping Mall Industry is responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and installation of retail and commercial spaces within a shopping mall. Their primary responsibilities typically include:

• Managing budgets and timelines for each fit-out project, monitoring progress, and resolving issues that may arise.
• Maintaining relationships with tenants, contractors, and suppliers, and ensuring that all parties are meeting their contractual obligations.
• Conducting feasibility studies, advising on commercial strategies, and evaluating potential risks and opportunities before approving any fit-out projects.
• Coordinating with tenants, managing their expectations and requirements, and facilitating their move-in and opening activities.
• Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop and execute fit-out plans that meet the mall's standards and objectives.
• Providing regular progress reports to the mall management team and other stakeholders
• Ensuring that all fit-out activities meet regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
• Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• Attention to detail and excellent budgeting and cost-management skills.
• Relevant work experience in shopping mall or retail fit-out projects, with a proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion.
• A customer-centric approach with tenants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Sound knowledge of building regulations, construction techniques, and materials.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
