Mall operation manageris responsible for overseeing all aspects of mall operational management.You will manage shopping mall operations including property management, tenant management, customer service, Facility management, housekeeping and maintenance in Living World Mall.

Living World is a shopping center with"Home Living, Lifestyle & Eat-tertainment"concept, developed by Kawan Lama Group with their broad experience in developing various modern retail and shopping centers. Living World continues to pursue its noble goal of improving sustainable communities and the environment.

What will you be doing?

Maintains a safe environment and identifies and eliminates safety hazards to Mall staff, tenants and customers.

Supports preparation for emergency and disaster response.

Performs Condition Assessments (either personally or with the assistance of consultants) to assist in the development of long-range capital plans and budgets.

Able to identification tool malfunction and doing improvement.

Responsible and maintenance for mall operational including parking, security, housekeeping & landscape.

Performs other tasks as assigned.

Kualifikasi

• Strong business acumen and good technical knowledge of mall & property management
• Able to be trusted with confidential and sensitive company information
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Enable to work in team.
• Extensive knowledge of mall operational management
• Minimum have 5 years experiences at the same field (hotel, mall, building).
• Able to build good relationships with government
• Good communication skill.
