Finance Accounting Manager Jobs

We are looking for a Finance Manager to provide leadership in financial and strategic analysis for major decisions related to the company's strategic plan. You will collaborate with business leaders to analyze business performance and drive positive strategic changes across the organization.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Lead the finance and accounting functions, including accounting processes, cash management, budgeting, and audits.
- Provide insights and recommendations for short-term and long-term growth plans.
- Develop and establish a financial plan that aligns with the company's growth and expansion strategy.
**Financial Reporting and Transactions:**
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statement reporting processes.
- Supervise the closing process.
- Ensure monthly and periodic reconciliation of relevant accounts.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field, with at least 1 year at a managerial level.
- Ability to strategize and solve problems.
