Finance Accounting Manager Jobs

Requirements :

- Graduated from Accounting or Finance majors

- Have 2 years experience as Finance Manager

- Expert in tax and financial reporting

- Have experienced using ERP system

- Strong analysis and good leadership

- Dedicated and detail oriented

Responsibilities :

• Responsible to provide, ensure, and control financial statement to management and all financial and accounting process.

• Prepare monthly financial statement, analysis, and other report that needed by company.

• Prepare monthly and yearly accounting report.

• Monitor and control daily operation in finance and accounting.

• Manage AR & AP Function, and daily cashflow.

• Coordinate tax report preparation and payment

• Developing and managing financial systems/models.

• Manage the cash flow and supervise financial transactions within the company to ensure there are no discrepancies in reports and ensure optimal use of funds

• Cash flow projection report and monthly cash flow report

• Maintain aging loan, AR and AP monthly basis

• Liase, negotiation and control all banking facilities

• Provide recommendation for estimates of company cash flows, financial models and supervise bank reconciliation

• Develop and update finance policies and procedures for operational efficiency
