Finance Accounting Manager Jobs

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Finance Accounting
• Develops or improves the finance/accounting business processes, policies, and procedures.
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Providing details of forecast and yearly plan in Finance Management through coordination with company’s internal departments.
• Maintaining daily control on company’s expenditure in line with company’s policy.
• Coordinate, liaise with internal auditor and external auditor as well as complete annual audits

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in middle to senior position.
• Well organized with strong time management, people management skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree from a well-known university, major in Finance/Accounting/Tax.
• Solid skill and knowledge of SAP & Finance Management
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Solid hands-on experience in end-to-end daily finance accounting operation, dispute management and resolution.
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
