Operation Manager F&B (Tami Yakitori)

Our newly created team is based in Bandung and we have a vision to modernize the local Food and Beverage landscape by providing quality taste with great value and experience. As part of our core team, you will be working in a startup environment and your main objective is to formulate and execute our marketing strategy in support of our brand both digitally and otherwise. For those of you who have a passion in the field of F&B and are interested in building a solid brand, this is an exciting time to join us and start contributing!

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain proper operational standard across outlets (Grooming, Cleanliness, Communication, and other working standards as needed)
2. Compile regular reports in related to outlet activities (Inventory movement, Lost & Breakages, Wastage, and other reports as necessary) and work closely with back office team
3. Schedule employee shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours without overstaffing during slow times.
4. Hire and train new employees, as well as terminating workers who are consistently underperforming or disruptive.
5. Ensure that all employees are aware of any upcoming events or promotions so they can be promoted through social media channels.
6. Schedule and coordinate with external vendors for equipment maintenance and fulfillment (if needed).

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree (GPA > 3.2) in Business, Hospitality, or related field from reputable University.
2. Proven work experience as a Operation Manager, Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role.
3. Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
5. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
7. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
