F&B Secretary/Assistant Fb Manager

·Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the luxury hospitality/hotel/restaurant industry.

·Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field, along with relevant work experience in food and beverage management.

·Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.

·Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

·Flexibility to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·Proficient in English.

·Computer literate, proactive, and enthusiastic.

·Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

·Available to join immediately.

Responsibilities:

·Oversee the preparation, presentation, and delivery of food and beverages to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.

·Develop and implement menus, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the other relevant dept.

·Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

·Train and supervise staff, providing coaching and guidance when needed.

·Handle customer complaints and promptly resolve issues within the food and beverage department.

·Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

·Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop and execute special events and promotions.

·Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance and provide feedback.

·Ensure that all equipment and facilities in the food and beverage department are regularly maintained and cleaned.

·Ensure that all staff members are aware of and adhere to the establishment's policies and procedures.

·Maintain a positive working relationship with all staff members and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
