Operation Director (Manufacturing), East Java

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading national manufacturing in building material. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15-20 years' experience in factory management for the job of Operation Director. The job is based in Pasuruan, East Java, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Direct reporting to the President Director
• Develops, maintain, and executes manufacturing plans that align with business strategic direction
• Direct and monitor managers to accomplish the goals of the operational plan, consistent with established ethical, safety, quality and manufacturing procedures and policies
• Formulate and recommend manufacturing strategies in the short, medium and longer term that will guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability
• Promote and build a Quality culture where employees not only take pride in delivering high Quality products and services but clearly believe that Quality is a critical differentiating factor that will allow us to win
• Plan, initiate and coordinate the capital expenditure programs for improving productivity, quality, costs and safety
• Promote and build a safety culture, monitor compliance with government and company safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• Good Financial literacy
• Strong problem solving ability and effective employee management experience
• Willing to work in Pasuruan, Surabaya
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Very strong leadership skills , mentoring and coaching
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related major from reputable university
• Minimal 15 years hands on operations related experience, 10 years manufacturing management in a multi -product , building material is preferable
