Our Client is a national distributor company, focusing on medical device in multiple categories. They have established footprint in many cities across Indonesia, and continue to grow their business. They value highly the individual that can help them to generate continuously increasing revenue, and looking for Area Sales Manager.

Description

• Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards
• Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and motivating sales associates
• Providing exceptional customer service to all customers on a daily basis
• Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Providing ongoing training, motivation, and development of sales associates to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained
• Ensuring compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Ensuring that sales staff is appropriately trained and competent to perform their job duties
• Providing consistent and motivated leadership and direction to all staff and team members

Profile

• Bachelor degree from any field (medical-related background is preferred)
• Experience in pharma and/or medical device distributor is preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales department
• Teaming skills - Ability to influence, motivate and work with diverse, cross-functional teams, across levels
• Fluency in English is preferred
• Agility to adapt with and work under fast-paced environment
• Willing to be placed in Bandung/Makassar
