Procurement Manager - Food Manufacturing

About Our Client
Our client is one of the multinational food manufacturer with presence in worldwide. They are looking for a Procurement Manager who will drive positive changes to the team.

• Maintaining and grow partnerships with internal and external team, not limited to warehouse, production, and engineering frequently
• Conduct vendor search through trade publication, internet, catalogues and trade shows
• Define sourcing strategy to achieve cost savings that is in alignment with company's objectives
• Handle sourcing and procuring raw materials, packaging, indirect materials and also custom activities.
• Manage and prepare Purchase orders
• Implement various effective procurement processes to reduce expenses and build long-term profitability for the company.
• Monitor return, damage replacements and warranty claims.

The Successful Applicant

• Well developed influencing skills and is able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or a related field from Tier 1 universities.
• Attention to detail
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with good track record
• Strong written and communication skills
• Have exposure to contracts bench marking
• Strong negotiation skills
