Things you will do

• Setting up the team's key performance metrics
• Contract assessment
• Reviewing purchase order finalization
• Fostering collaboration with key stakeholders
• Developing suppliers' sourcing strategy
• Led supplier negotiation process

You’ll fit in this job if you

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably from a construction industry
• Good knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
• Good leadership and detail-oriented
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing procurement processes, negotiating contracts, and optimizing costs
• Experience in managing procurement processes across multiple locations
• Willing to be placed in Bobobox Operations Center, Bandung Kulon
