Retail Business Procurement Manager

:

• Manage all aspects of contracts with suppliers, including contract renewals, price negotiations, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other procurement conditions.
• Monitor and manage the supply chain to ensure a smooth procurement process.
• Make bids, negotiate prices, and evaluate the quality and reliability of suppliers.
• The process of sourcing and selecting vendors for the process of goods and services for the needs of the company's retail activities according to applicable rules and procedures while maintaining cost efficiency and business continuity.
• Identify appropriate procurement sources, source, evaluate, and select the right suppliers to meet business needs.

Requirements:

• Experience minimum 5 years as Manager Procurement in FMCG or Food Industry
• Good communication.
• Fluent in Mandarin is a must.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration and/or related field.
• Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Willing to be place in Bandung.
