Business Analyst – Retail Loans Jobs

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration and/or related field.

Experience minimum 5 years as Manager Procurement in FMCG or Food Industry

Manage all aspects of contracts with suppliers, including contract renewals, price negotiations, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other procurement conditions.

Monitor and manage the supply chain to ensure a smooth procurement process.

Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.

Strong planning and organizational skills.

Agile project experience with excellent BA skills in requirements gathering, documentation, create user stories and process flows are essential.

Good self-management – continuous performance is both an objective and a mind-set

Gather business requirements from stakeholders and review existing ones to produce detailed business requirement specification documents

Run workshops using proven techniques for creating detailed business, functional and non-functional requirements

Assist and lead team contribution and communication to ensure complete requirement coverage

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Designs and analyze moderately complex loan documentation reports for management requirements, support/control activities, and the launch of products/services

Timely management and escalation of all inquiries and issues related to loan processing

Demonstrates an excellent knowledge of Bank related systems

Individuals at this level exhibit strong executional capabilities

Elementary level knowledge of Business Processes, Systems and Tools used in the Loan Process

Able to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and issues

- Experience of continuous improvement of market shares and revenue management goals.

- Overall, over 18-20 years of post qualification balanced experience with a Retail organization

- Prior experience as profit centre head is desired.

- Experience in effectively representing organisational needs with an understanding of the broader economic demands.

- Experience operating effectively in a complex decision-making setting.

Working experience with diverse groups and commitment to advancing workplace diversity.

Make recommendations to management to support process improvement.
