  • Membangun hubungan yang baik dengan klien.
  • Menyelesaikan project, update biweekly sales untuk melakukan tracking sales.
  • Memberikan standar yang tinggi secara kontinu dari layanan pelanggan.
  • Memberikan informasi yang up-to-date yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan pelanggan.
  • Membuat proposal bisnis untuk peluang baru maupun yang sudah ada.
  • Menjalin hubungan dengan pelanggan serta mengawasi proses administrasi penjualan.
  • Mencari calon pelanggan baru dan peluang bisnis yang potensial.
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk efektif on-boarding pelanggan baru.
  • Memberikan laporan harian atas tingkat persaingan dan kegiatan pasar umum.
  • Memproses orderan (bisnis) seperti membuat quotation, negotiation dan dealing.
  • Melakukan analisa tentang kebutuhan pelanggan, serta memberikan informasi/solusi/alternatif produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya.
  • Melalukan sales call, emailing atau sales visit.
