Job Description

  • Follow market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
  • Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines
  • Handle complaints from customers to maintain store reputation
  • Conduct an inspection of the area in the store and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
  • Planning and overseeing events or promotional displays in the store
  • Monitor stock and purchasing levels and make sure they stay within budget
  • Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
