Retail Business Senior Associate Jobs

Experience minimum 5 years as Manager Procurement in FMCG or Food Industry

Manage all aspects of contracts with suppliers, including contract renewals, price negotiations, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other procurement conditions.

Monitor and manage the supply chain to ensure a smooth procurement process.

Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.

Strong planning and organizational skills.

Drafts and prepares client deliverables under direction of project management.

Develop themselves by actively seeking opportunities for growth, shares knowledge and experiences with others, and acts as a strong brand ambassador.

Have 3 or more years of working experience in accounting or tax area in a corporate or consulting environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (including strong presentation skills)

Agile project experience with excellent BA skills in requirements gathering, documentation, create user stories and process flows are essential.

Good self-management – continuous performance is both an objective and a mind-set

Gather business requirements from stakeholders and review existing ones to produce detailed business requirement specification documents

Run workshops using proven techniques for creating detailed business, functional and non-functional requirements

Assist and lead team contribution and communication to ensure complete requirement coverage

- Overall, over 18-20 years of post qualification balanced experience with a Retail organization

- Prior experience as profit centre head is desired.

- Experience operating effectively in a complex decision-making setting.

Working experience with diverse groups and commitment to advancing workplace diversity.

Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel

Monitor stock and purchasing levels and make sure they stay within budget

Handle complaints from customers to maintain store reputation

Conduct an inspection of the area in the store and resolve any issues that may arise

Planning and overseeing events or promotional displays in the store

Follow market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store

Essential Duties And Responsibilities In Each Area

Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist, or lifting items as required

Frequently lifting and carrying items that weigh up to 50 pounds

Working in refrigerated and freezer area in which temperatures may range from -10 degrees Fahrenheit to 36 degrees Fahrenheit
