Procurement Manager Jobs

:

• Controlling the negotiation process with vendors in terms of making contracts for each transaction including prices, terms of payment, etc.
• Responsible for all purchasing activities of goods / services to fulfill company andHospital operations.
• Responsible for the provision of vendors procurement of goods / services.
• Conduct a review of vendors, or vendors alternative.
• Perform payment authorization for purchase transactions.
• Controlling requests for goods / services from users in accordance with applicable policies.
• Make reports payable transactions procurement of goods / services and also other supporting/ relatedreports to Hospital management.

Qualifications:

• Mastering English is a plus.
• Mastering Ms. Office and having strong negotiation skills, Material Knowledge, Decision-Making, Problem-Solving abilities.
• Understand Supply Chain Management and having experience in Medical Purchasing at Hospital (Healthcare) would be highly preferable.
• Placement in Rumah Sakit Lira Medika - Bali.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same position, strong background in procurement management.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any relevant major.
