Description

Primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the procurement process within an organization. Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize the supply chain, reduce costs, and maximize value for the organization. Conducting cost analysis and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing options. Managing relationships with suppliers, conducting supplier evaluations, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure contractual terms and conditions compliance.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management is essential, with a proven track record of managing procurement activities, negotiating contracts, and working with suppliers.
• Sound financial knowledge and the ability to analyze cost structures, evaluate pricing models, and conduct cost-benefit analyses are important for effective procurement decision-making.
• Have min. 5 years of experience in the well-known hospitality industry
• Experience in project pre-opening team especially both in engineering and financial project
• Proficiency in procurement software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and other relevant tools is important.
• Able to analyze market trends, assess risks, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are valuable in this regard.
• Have strong negotiation and communication skills to establish mutually beneficial contracts and resolve any issues that may arise.
