About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly growing manufacturing company that is making transformations in the market, serving big international brands.

  • Implement operational strategies increase overall productivity of the supply chain functional teams.
  • Transform S&OP plans into tactical plans.
  • Oversees demand planning and order management.
  • Lead process analysis and make decisions together with planning and internal functions.
  • Liaise with manufacturing team on a daily basis.
The Successful Applicant
  • Strong negotiation skill is a plus.
  • Well developed communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English and a strong problem solving skills.
  • Experienced in handling complex and detailed situations.
  • Having leadership role in at least one of the following functions of Supply Chain: Demand Planning and Field Operations, Manufacturing Strategy & Operations, Logistics & Distribution.
  • Comfortable with uncertainty.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or a related field (MBA Graduates preferred)
