Manufacturing Engineering & Technology Manager

:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure effective execution of engineering projects and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to support the development and introduction of new products or processes, ensuring manufacturing capabilities and requirements are met.
• Stay up to date with technological advancements and industry best practices, implementing new technologies and methodologies to drive process improvements and enhance productivity.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment uptime.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies, plans, and policies to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce downtime.
• Manage engineering budgets, including capital expenditure projects, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the condition and performance of equipment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including health, safety, and environmental regulations, in all engineering activities.

Job Requirement:

• Having knowledge about CPPOB, HACCP, GMP, ISO 9000
• Strong analytical skills to analyze production data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions to improve manufacturing performance and quality.
• Placement on Central Kitchen - Mie Gacoan at Malang, East Java.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation systems relevant to the food & beverage industry. Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and drive operational efficiency.
• Significant experience in engineering management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry or a related industry such FMCG with a Proven track record of managing engineering teams, implementing process improvements, and driving operational excellence.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies to effectively plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
