Develop and implement engineering strategies, plans, and policies to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce downtime.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall operational performance.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including health, safety, and environmental regulations, in all engineering activities.

Strategic planning, project management and product design experience at Start Up

Proven experience in tech role manager and fullstack engineer with min. 4 years of working experience

Practical knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, such as networks, database administration, and software development

Providing direction on technological development, implementation, and maintenance based on organizational goals

Encouraging innovation and improvement in the technology and data systems, processes and ways of working

Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of organization strategies
