Minimum 8 years in finance accounting and tax and around 3 years handling managerial position.

Cost Control and Budget Management:

Develop and manage the plant's operating budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

In-depth knowledge of automotive production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control methodologies.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve production goals.

Manage engineering budgets, including capital expenditure projects, cost control, and resource allocation.

Strong analytical skills to analyze production data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions to improve manufacturing performance and quality.

Having knowledge about CPPOB, HACCP, GMP, ISO 9000

Develop and implement engineering strategies, plans, and policies to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce downtime.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall operational performance.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including health, safety, and environmental regulations, in all engineering activities.

Manage engineering budgets, including capital expenditure projects, cost control, and resource allocation.

Strong analytical skills to analyze production data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions to improve manufacturing performance and quality.

Manage and monitor quality, accuracy, and on-time deliveries of all production orders

Manage and ensure autonomous maintenance process and implementation is executed properly and align with maintenance standards and regulations

Minimum of seven years’ experience in the FMCG manufacturing

Decent skills in English both in verbal and writing is highly preferred

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, supply chain management, and continuous improvement methodologies

Developping and maintain production plans, considering capacity, resource availability, and customer requirements

Having experience in manufacturing planning, production scheduling for 10 years

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights

Optimizing production schedules to minimize downtime, reduce costs, and maximize resource utilization while meeting delivery targets

Assisting in implementing and maintaining manufacturing planning systems and tools

Manage and prepare Purchase orders

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with good track record

This Role Will Have The Responsibility To Lead The Facility On Day-to-day Basis

Proven successful track record in achieving manufacturing target and improvement with high integrity

Preferably someone who has good written and communication in the English and Mandarin language

Strong project management knowledge experience and professional qualifications are preferable

Prior general management and leadership experience in manufacturing environments

Several years of experience in a technical or management position within a PET Recycling Plant is advantageous
