Responsibilities

Conducting data analysis and develop reports on manufacturing performance metrics, including production efficiency, quality, inventory levels, and on-time delivery

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure alignment of production plans with customer demand and delivery schedules

Developping and maintain production plans, considering capacity, resource availability, and customer requirements

Optimizing production schedules to minimize downtime, reduce costs, and maximize resource utilization while meeting delivery targets

Monitoring and analyze production trends, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose proactive measures to ensure uninterrupted operations and on-time delivery

Assisting in implementing and maintaining manufacturing planning systems and tools

Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to optimize product schedule and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

Having experience in manufacturing planning, production scheduling for 10 years

Having handling all the production processes (Production - Supply Chain)

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, supply chain management, and continuous improvement methodologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
