Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including health, safety, and environmental regulations, in all engineering activities.

Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment uptime.

Efficiently and effectively manage and ensure production planning is properly executed

Manage, oversee and schedule labour, equipment and material

Manage and monitor quality, accuracy, and on-time deliveries of all production orders

Manage and ensure autonomous maintenance process and implementation is executed properly and align with maintenance standards and regulations

Minimum of seven years’ experience in the FMCG manufacturing

Decent skills in English both in verbal and writing is highly preferred

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, supply chain management, and continuous improvement methodologies

Developping and maintain production plans, considering capacity, resource availability, and customer requirements

Having experience in manufacturing planning, production scheduling for 10 years

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights

Optimizing production schedules to minimize downtime, reduce costs, and maximize resource utilization while meeting delivery targets

Assisting in implementing and maintaining manufacturing planning systems and tools

Excellent skill and knowledge in Demand Management Forecasting, Production Planning, and Inventory Control

Strong skill and knowledge in Logistic Inbound (import) - Freight, custom, regulatory, import duty

Senior Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee all purchase orders, adjust purchase patterns, and monitor shipment and production schedules to meet Responsibilities

Minimum 15 years of experience in Supply Chain role (logistic, export/import, purchasing / procurement)

Preferably from automotive or manufacturing company in Managerial role

Preferably someone who has good written and communication in the English and Mandarin language

Prior general management and leadership experience in manufacturing environments

Several years of experience in a technical or management position within a PET Recycling Plant is advantageous

Experience with automised production processes, preventive maintenance, spare part management.

Providing leadership in all aspects of business including effective management of all teams

Manage production personnel’s schedule, estimate costs and prepare budgets to ensure work flow meets required deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)

At least bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, operations management, or a relevant field of study

Monitor And Manage The Overall Oleochemical Processing Operations, Including Production, QA/QC, Electrical Instrument, Mechanical And HSE

15 years of work experience in leading the production operations within the oleochemical manufacturing industry, soap noodle experience preferred
