A rapidly expanding medical devices manufacturer is recruiting a newly created Production Manager (Manufacturing) in Indonesia. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all production targets in the production line.

About The Production Manager (Manufacturing) Role

Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Production Manager will play a key role in the Production team's continued development and success in its Indonesia office.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfil Production Department Key Performance Indicator correctly
• Ensure the production process was performed in accordance with company internal SOP’s, Ministry of Health requirements, Healthy and Safety requirements also other related requirements
• Ensure production process run reliably and efficiently
• Manage production personnel’s schedule, estimate costs and prepare budgets to ensure work flow meets required deadlines

To succeed in this Production Manager (Manufacturing) role, you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of production process especially in medical devices.

Key Requirements

• Strong project management skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Engineering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
• Minimum of five years' experience as a production manager in manufacturing or 10 years' experience working in the manufacturing industry producing medical equipment
