Job Description
One of our clients is looking for a Head of Accounting with the details below:


Job Responsibilities


  • Lead the company's finance operations, covering General Accounting, Finance, and Taxes.
  • Perform individually or in the group any ad-hoc or company special project, relates to Financial & Accounting aspect.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting/ closing processes to ensure timely, high-quality, efficient execution and compliance with Key Internal Controls and Group Rules.
  • Willing to be based in Cibitung area.
  • Manage and mentor finance operations team to step up their competencies and capabilities.
  • Cash management/ pooling, Bank Guarantee, Loan management, FX/ hedging, and tax planning.
  • Liaise with external parties, such as Financial Institutions, Tax consultants, Internal and External Auditor.


Job Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy from Reputable University with GPA min 3.00.
  • Proficiency in English, written & verbal, Microsoft Excel & ERP systems.
  • Has Experience in Managerial Positions in Manufacturing & FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) Companies for 5-7 years.
