Head Of Financial Planning Analysis

Job Purpose :

Lead financial planning process and ensure company annual business plan is timely approved and aligned to the corporate strategy while also leading development of investor relations strategy and managing key stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• As part of a team along with Corporate Strategy & Marketing to work on the annual business plan process for the organization and ensure that the plan is timely approved
• Develop and track returns on the business with particular focus on long-term profitability for both long-term range plan (LRP) & LTI.
• Execute any forward looking requests from the group including the annual impairment review.
• Assist on any XL Projects providing input from the Financial Planning process.
• Lead the development and analysis of capital market insights to give market condition and perspective for the BOD / BOC
• Develop IR strategy and execute XL’s annual investor relations program, manage expectations and provide capital market insights to BOD / BOC.
• Lead the process of developing both short-term and long-term organization’s financial management planning (including target setting, forecasting, measuring, and tracking) to ensure it supports overall XL business plan
• Continuous engagement with shareholders, investors and analysts
