We are seeking an EV Product Director who will be at the helm of our electric vehicle initiatives. This critical role will oversee the strategic direction, development, and launch of innovative electric vehicle products. The ideal candidate will meld a deep knowledge of EV technology with market insights, ensuring our products not only push boundaries but also resonate with global consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously assess global EV market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences to inform product strategies.
• Champion the ideation, design, and development of groundbreaking EV products that redefine market standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Work closely with R&D, sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure cohesive product development and launch.
• Develop and steer the vision, strategy, and roadmap for company's new EV initiatives.
• Engage with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to foster collaborations that enhance product offerings.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from inception to discontinuation, ensuring maximum market impact and profitability.

Your Qualification:

• 3+ years experience in Electric Vehicle (EV) product management or a similar role.
• Stellar communication and leadership skills, with an ability to drive cross-functional teams towards a unified goal.
• Deep understanding of EV technologies, market dynamics, and consumer trends.
• Proficiency in English, with command over additional languages being a bonus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree in a relevant domain will be advantageous.
• 7+ years experience in handling passenger cars innovation product.
• Willingness to travel for product evaluations, supplier visits, and market research.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing EV products.
