Vehicle Integration - Hmi & Connectivity

On behalf of our client, an EV ( electronics vehicle ) company that was founded in 2022, we are looking for Vehicle Integration - HMI & Connectivity.

Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate continuous improvement of concepts through user performance and perception tools and measurements, heuristic evaluation, competitive benchmarking, analyst evaluations and Consumer Reports scoring, feature analysis, and desirability scoring
• Performing hardware selection of system control components for HMI solutions.
• Designing, implementing and supporting communication networks for control system applications
• Evolve in-vehicle interactions and highly interactive component designs from concepts through development then to production
• Develop the HMI design in automotive SW development process (Requirement engineering, Change management, Documentation)
• Being accountable for on-time schedule performance, project milestones, deliverables, and compliance with regulations and standards
• Translate consumer behaviours across vehicle segments to in-vehicle interactions
• Design creative visual and interactive solutions for automotive systems
• Manage diverse collaborative teams of Engineers, Marketers, Designers, Regulatory, Marketing, User Experience and Program Management individuals throughout the design to delivery process
• Translate consumer needs, business strategies and technological enablers into vehicle experiences

Requirements :

• Can-do attitude.
• Concept Validation experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Automotive Systems Design, Human Machine Interface, Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, or Business
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with uncertainty, problem-solver, good at identifying opportunities.
• Proficient with Visio, C / C++, Java, and current method analysis like SysML/UML
• Master’s Degree in Industrial Design or HMI Design is preferred
• Does not take themselves too seriously
• A person of integrity; honest and has strong moral principles.
• 3+ years of experience in user interface or user interaction design
• Resourceful and quick to learn things; can figure out solutions without relying too much on other people, on the other hand quick to identify the area in which she/he’s lacking and ask for help.
• Usability Testing experience
• Able to reason and make decisions from first principles despite lack of directly relevant prior experience
