Solutions Engineer | Malaysia &Amp; Singapore

As a Solutions Engineer, You Will Be Responsible For

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer who can join our dynamic and collaborative Sales & Solutions team to help us manage and and coordinate our projects.

• Maintain daily conversations and follow-ups with clients and/or partners and the internal team to achieve the project goals.
• Support key strategic projects from initial planning to tactical execution.
• Working on paper works includes NDA, agreement, and invoice or payment document thus liaising different departments to fulfill the requirements.
• Assisting partners from the introduction phase, up until the project goes live and maintaining the project according to the agreement.

Minimum Qualifications

• Having a minimum undergraduate degree from Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
• Have the ‘can-do attitude and able to work under minimum supervision and ambiguity;
• Good fluency in English.
• Enjoy working with various departments at the same time;
• Own a good working attitude while maintaining their unique personalities
• Having experience in the technology and/or logistics industry would be a plus
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and a self-motivated person.
• Have strong communication and public speaking skills;
