Accounting Head - Electrical Manufacturing

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on electrical manufacturing. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in finance and accounting in multinational company for the job of Finance Controller. The job is based in Cibitung, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Perform individually or in the team any ad-hoc or company special project, relates to Financial & Accounting aspect
• Liaise with external parties, such as Financial Institution, Tax consultant, Internal and External Auditor
• Cash management/ pooling, Bank Guarantee, Loan management, FX/ hedging and tax planning.
• Oversee daily accounting operation, monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reporting/ closing processes to ensure timely, high quality, efficient execution and compliance to Key Internal Control and Group Rules
• Manage and mentor finance operations team to step up their competencies and capabilities
• Direct report to Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager
• Lead the company finance operations, covering General Accounting, Finance and Taxes

Job Requirements:

• Willing to be based in Cibitung area
• External Audit Report
• Strong time management / strong ability to manage to deadlines
• Proficiency in English, written & verbally, Microsoft Excel & ERP system
• Good leadership and developing others
• Strong analytical skills
• Recognized professional qualification (qualified accountant)
• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy from Reputable University with GPA min 3.00
