Finance Manager (Manufacturing) Jobs

About the Job:

Our client is one of the leading wall and floor tiles manufacturer in Indonesia. They are looking for Finance Manager with strong costing skill.

This position will be placed in the Plant located around Bekasi Area, Jl Pantura

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors
• Monitor cash balances and cash forecast
• Evaluating, developing, and improving function controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency
• Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed
• Managing Finance & Accounting staff members
• Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
• Interact with GM Factory on cost efficiency and cost of production – effective COGM

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from top tier university, Master Degree in relevant field.
• 8+ years’ experience. Big 4 accounting firm work experience is a must.
• Experience in working at Manufacturing industry
• Need a strong personality, facing factory workers
