Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing A Sizeable Team Consisting Of Dynamic Individuals, The General Manager Will Have Full Capacity In Managing And Coordinating All Functions Within The Plant By Providing Technical And Operational Support
  • This Role Will Have The Responsibility To Lead The Facility On Day-to-day Basis
  • Reporting Directly To The Managing Director


Qualifications

  • Preferably someone who has good written and communication in the English and Mandarin language
  • Proven successful track record in achieving manufacturing target and improvement with high integrity
  • Minimum 10-15 years of hands-on experience in electronic manufacturing plant
  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset to lead the whole manufacturing facility
