• Conduct detailed hotel operational assessments and produce action-oriented strategies to deliver long term profitability

Qualifications

• Strong drive and enthusiasm for personal and professional growth, and is eager to take on corporate-level responsibilities.
• Possesses a proven track record with a minimum of 7 years of experience as a hotel GM.
• Previous experience with an international chain hotel is an advantage.
• Solid financial management skills.
• Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
