Secretary To Corporate General Manager Jobs

- minimum D3 graduates from top 10 universities in Indonesia

- Preferably have worked in a construction project

- Proficient in communicating with all cross departments

- Proficient in using all Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point, One Note, etc.)

Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience

Minimal 6 years of experience in sales, highly preferred within TTD Products (Attraction, Playground, Beauty and Wellness, Tour)

Experienced in managing team and thrives as a team player demonstrates a strong work ethic

Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills are essential.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Previous experience working in a process-oriented role in Product Management is desired

Experience building processes in a large organization with a special focus on Product Management

Build dashboards, reports, and presentations with the product management team.

Outstanding communication skills to keep everyone aligned on the core problem we are addressing

Experience working with process tools like Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Notion

Experience designing, rolling out, and improving organizations' processes

3. Document Management: Manage and handle documents, reports and information related to the general manager

2. Administrative Support: Coordinate the general manager's schedule, travel arrangements, meetings and events

3. Education level of D3, D4, S1 or above
