Factory Manager (Textile Manufacturing)

We represent our client, one of the leading textile industry in Indonesia based in Bandung looking for a Factory Manager. Main Job Responsibilities is responsible for the production planning of the Dyeing section by ensuring production capacity can accommodate all production orders received, so that the smooth process and quality of production results are maintained

Job Desc:

• Monitor the process of implementing the plan that has been determined and update the progress of its implementation with the relevant supervisor.
• Make dyeing plans in accordance with orders received and be responsible for the entire implementation process. Analyze production capacity that can be accommodated or carried out by each part in the Processing Department to maintain production flow or flow and maintain the effectiveness of each part.
• Conduct an analysis of problems that may occur that affect the quality of dyeing results, and find solutions to these problems
• Make weekly productivity reports to determine the achievement of production both quantity and quality, and used as an evaluation to improve the performance of the dyeing department.
• Conducting coaching and counseling for Supervisors and Operators whose performance or productivity has decreased.
• Responsible for the quality of the fabric from the dyeing process.
• Supervise the work procedures of the dyeing section, and coordinate with the Supervisor if there are certain findings that are not in accordance with the applicable procedures or provisions.
• Evaluate the results of the NCI dyeing section and create a strategic plan to address issues in the field.

Requierments :

• Willing to be placed in Cimahi, West Java
• D3 / S1 graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Able in Woven and Knitting
• Have a minimum of 5 years experience in textile manufacturing
• Have knowledge about dyeing machine
• Have the ability to plan and efficiency for production
• Have knowledge about textile and factory business process
