Factory General Manager / Factory Deputy General Manager

Eagle Nice Development Limited, founded in 1992, is the subsidiaries of Eagle Nice (International) Holdings Limited.

Eagle Nice is the branded athletic, sports mix fashion, casual and performance manufacturer with production plants in the PRC.It is an original equipment manufacturer basis with the international brand name companies such as Nike, North Face, Calvin Klein, Converse, Columbia and etc.

With the international business growth, we are seeking for highly committed candidate to join us as Factory General Manager / Factory Deputy General Manager:

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning and management of production and product development to meet with customer’s requirement and on-time delivery
• Ensure continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness through optimum cost control and maximize manpower
• Manage the production schedule, delivery and production in the plant, and expand production capacity to reduce costs
• Streamline the manufacturing process so as to produce high quality product
• Handle the day-to-day operations of the plant

Requirements

• Solid knowledge/skill in woven outerwear / sports outerwear / technical outerwear
• High Diploma or above in clothing/textile or related discipline;
• Familiar with business laws and regulations in Indonesia, including tax, customs and labor laws;
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, English and Cantonese;
• Over 10 years working in the garment factory, with minimum 5 years management experience in large & medium-sized factory
• Station in Bandung, Indonesia
• Mature, strong leadership, problem solver and good communication skill
• Six sigma or lean certification with good planning skills in production materials, capacity and resources;
