Fit Out Staff Jobs

Placement: Trans Studio Mall Bandung

The fit out staff will be responsible for the construction and renovation of shopping mall spaces. They will work closely with the project manager and contractors to ensure that the mall space is completed to the highest possible standard.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with tenants and other stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption during fit-outs and renovations
• Manage and oversee all fit-outs and renovations within the mall
• Liaise with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure that all work is carried out to specification and is completed on time and within budget
• Work closely with the project manager to plan and execute fit-out projects
• Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed by all staff and contractors on site
• Procure materials and supplies required for fit-out projects
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate problems to the project manager

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends when required
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience working in construction, fit outs or renovation projects
